What is the return policy?
We want you to feel confident in your piece. If it’s not quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and the protective seal intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email support@caillijewellery.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
